Ahnaf Tazwar Ayub
Chief Executive OfficerCurrently working as a Machine learning researcher in Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics, located in Vancouver, Canada, Mr Ahnaf, sits on the boards serving the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the AB.org and his responsibilities are entitled to managing and coordinating the cultural and musical rights for Mr.Ayub Bachchu. Being the youngest son of Mr Ayub Bachchu, Mr Ahnaf also undertakes and concentrates on emerging development and appropriate procedures related to international digital content marketing and management and maintaining commercial rights. Currently graduating from University of British Columbia with an extensive degree in Statistics and Machine learning, Mr Ahnaf looks also looks after the right infringement or abuse of Mr Ayub’s creation on e-commerce and digital platforms. Mr Ahnaf’s future interests are inclusive of accomplishing his father’s unfinished responsibilities in the long run and to reengineering possible future projects.
Fairuz Saffra Ayub
Managing DirectorStarting off her career in banking industry and gradually moving oversees Mrs Fairuz is currently working with the New South Wales(NSW) Government in department of Revenue coordinating responsibilities relevant to levies and royalties, alongside her current experience, she also brings her extensive experience of having worked in different fields for the New South Wales(NSW) Government inclusive of taxation and corporate governance where her experience of coordination and practicing public relations with external stakeholders was highly regarded. Mrs Fairuz has also graduated with a Degree in Accountancy and Finance. As the Chief Executive of AB.org and being the eldest daughter of Mr.Ayub Bachchu, Mrs Fairuz is responsible for the overall coordination of the legal, image rights and ownership activities for Mr Ayub Bachchu, including research, awareness raising, coordinating public interest litigation (PIL), and advocacy. While her main aim sustains in being able to preserve Mr Ayub Bachchu’s legacy in an unbarred manner whilst developing strategic plans concentrating on emerging development of his image and created contents and ensuring his fans are not deprived off their rights, her long term plans are to reengineer digital archiving and structuring a memorial archive for her father’s creation.
Ferdous Akhter Chandana
Chief Executive DirectorFerdouse Akther Chandana is the Chief Executive Director for AB.org. She oversees current legal matters and coordinates issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and holds the authority to act on behalf of her children Ahnaf Tazwar Ayub and Fairuz Saffra Ayub. Currently working as a CED for AB.org on behalf of her children she is entitled to overlooking their responbilities in their absence.Not only this, she also coordinates and implements technical strategies to ensure all the matters related to Mr.Ayub Bachchu’s commercial and legal rights are sustained both nationally and internationally while the strategies on both her children’s end are being implemented to ensure the overall image, musical rights and legal matters remain unmarred.
Abdullah Al Masud
Director Content & OperationsAbdullah – Al – Masud born in the year 17th November of 1976, in the historic city of Meherpur. Masud known as MASS to his all fans & LRB. From his very childhood, he loved music. Only at the age of thirteen, he proved his enthusiasm for music & started learning to play his favorite instrument guitar in the year 1989. Only because of his extra ordinary talent & innovative intelligence, he established incredible control over guitar and within a very short time; he started to play guitar in local stages. Throughout that surpassing of time he struggled all the ways for music and guitar. In the year of 1993, he established Tried Guitar School and contributed eight years of his career in teaching guitar to youngsters. In the meantime, he formed a band named "The Tempest" with his friends. The journey of "The Tempest" started in the year 1995 and in the year 2000 he left "The Tempest". In his music career, "The Tempest" has contributed a lot. Mass has performed in many famous stage of Bangladesh while he was in "The Tempest". The year 2003 was the moving stage of his career for which he becomes famous as a lead star of Bangladesh by joining LRB. MASS joined in LRB as a third guitarist in the year of 2003. Fans of LRB responded significantly towards the new band formation of LRB and very quickly accepted the new performer in the band. It is very important to say that, he greatly inspired by AB when he was a young learner. In 1991, he saw AB for the first time in television playing LRB's famous track "Ghum Vhanga Shahore". This song changed his thinking upside down and greatly influenced him to become a guitarist and furthermore boost up his inspiration.
